We greatly enjoyed almost everything, had very pleasant experience.

Its location within a close distance from Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck was convenient.

This place offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and friendly service, plus it's located right by the beach and close to a tram station.

Nothing. [The management might like to consider a facility for guests to hire beach towels. For someone coming for a short stay by air it is very helpful to limit oneself to hand baggage. This effectively precludes a beach towel]

Excellent location! Overlooking beach (8 kilometres long). Quiet spot in mainly residential area. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good clean basic rooms, reasonably spacious, plenty of hanging space. Very efficient shower and clean bathroom. Rooms in main building plus few chalets. Pool area good. Terraced area with tables for drinks and snacks overlooks beach. Restaurant at hotel also (didn't use this) . Supermarket 5 mins walk. Excellent restaurants at far end of beach area, 2 on beach, several others along promenade. Tram service available outside hotel. Only 1.25 euros single fare into Alicante (beautiful town, marina and promenade). Trams also from hotel to Benidorm and connections there to Calpe (the Rock well worth climbing in suitable footwear) and on to Denia. Makes getting about easy without having a car! Intend to use Hostal San Juan again without a doubt. Probably towards the end of this year. Highly recommend this family run business.

Main rooms are on levels 1 and 2 above reception. Our room was on the 1st floor, but there's no lift. OK for able-bodied persons - but you may need to ask for help if unable to manage your own luggage. Chalets may be a better option for those who find stairs a problem.

Everything was great, including really good staff and incredible location in a perfect setting. The room was fairly quiet and clean, the beds were comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed it. A sofa bed, multi-channel TV and a writing table were provided for a really nice stay for a value.

The room was really spacious, had a TV with lots of channels, and a study table for getting work done 😊. its location was super convenient, only a 5-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck.

The best thing about the hotel was that it was right across from the beach, so it was very convenient to go for a morning, afternoon or evening swim. Clean sheets, nice bathroom.

People in the restaurant didn't speak much English plus when we arrived we could only have a salad from a small selection because the kitchen was closed due to the siesta time...I think if they guest tourist they should have a kitchen opened all day long or at least a bigger selection of snacks (i.e siesta time started at 4:30pm till 8:30pm) so right about when most people eat dinner.Pool only opened till 8:30pm.

Parking was not free of charge as stated in the description: € 5.00 per night. Breakfast not so good.

This place had a modern room that was really comfortable. the bed was great, and the shower was nice. They even had soft bath sheets in the bathroom! 🛁.

Good location and good value for the money. The place was exceptionally clean. The pool was very nice and access to the beach and the tram to Campello and Alicante was perfect.

We found the staff to be a bit unfriendly (with the exception of the woman who worked in the bar). Sometimes were made to feel that it was a bother having guests to take care of. Also the breakfasts were just OK. Thought that being in Spain, there would have been more fruit available. As we were using Ryan Air, with limited luggage, it would've been nice to have extra towels for the pool.

The location, it is 12km from Alicante center, and in this area there is nothing to do!

This place was spotlessly clean with incredibly friendly staff and a welcoming family atmosphere, in a fantastic location just 30 km from Alicante airport, making it very convenient to reach.

Location was great as was the pool although a few more sunbeds that aren't broken and a bit more comfortable would be good. Loved being close to tram stop.
